This hotel is simply wonderful. The staff who I've interacted with at the reception were incredible - friendly and professional, accommodating, and uber helpful.
The room was pleasant, wonderfully quiet - I was actually amazed how quiet my room was knowing that there were people in the room next door, and my room was facing the street.
The bathroom could do with a bit of a review to clean up the corners of it; and the shower holder needs fixing. But these were minor things that didn't impact my stay.
A mild disappointment was the internet which was very temperamental (maybe because I was at the end of the corridor), and lack of tea bags and spoons (or something to stir the drink with).
Apart from that, everything was great, and I would definitely stay in this hotel again (and would bring my own tea :))

We were surprised at check-in, that there was no cart available for our luggage. They also did not have a person to assist.
The carpet in the room had many stains.
There was no directory in the room as to how to use the tv or call for room service, etc.

The location is very central and the front desk team friendly and helpful. We did not purchase breakfast ahead of time and soon discovered that three coffee were $21 Canadian. That was ridiculous. There was coffee in the room and we tried it but unless you like mud, it was quite disgusting. You cannot purchase the pricey beverage until 7 in the morning. Little strange for a major hotel. Overall, wonderful staff but the coffee was a deal breaker.
