Positive and negative experience. The hotel is new and well maintained and well worth it for the price point. Compared to other thai hotels of the same level, this hotel is extremely clean internally and externally. The staff are also nice and friendly. English is well spoken. The only improvement this hotel seriously need is to ensure that the room doors do not slam so loudly each time it is closed. The banging noise is so loud (like gunshots) it can be heard even a few floors away, giving us a shock every minute during the night, until every room is asleep at around 2 am. Hence could not sleep before that. Unlikely to return because of this.

The hotel is nice and the staff are great. The beds are moderately comfortable, but I like a softer bed. The breakfast was good. Cheaper to buy it separately than with the room. Overall I recommend.

Every thing was in excellent condition My only comments would be - Luke warm meals from the dumb waiter. - Some restaurant staff need more experience - Staff on cell phones while working Cheers Gavin Green

This hotel is very new and the staff were very helpful. It is close to Central Festival Mall, which has everything. It was about a 10 minute walk or a five minute cab ride to the mall, about 20 minutes into the center of the city.
