Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice, cold AC. Comfortable bed. Walk-in shower. Tea and coffee machine and kettle, Small fridge. My building on Das Flores was a great location for restaurants and bars.
Cons: Wi-fi would connect but there was never any internet. Lots of black mold. Lousy sound-proofing. No additional internal lock on the door - had to use the key every time.

Fantastinen Charming neighborhood with many eating options around a small park where families brought kids to play as parents had wine/beer in the park. Only drawback to room was the steep stairs - 10 of which were old stone and steep. Great for agile people. We did not use frig or microwave.

The location is great, however the room I stayed at looked nothing like the pictures. We stayed at the building across the street. The bathroom ceiling in my room had a leak, and the bed was very small and uncomfortable.
On weekends it can be very noisy at night as the property faces a busy square.

The air conditioning was an issue for all of our stay.
The remote was not working until the last couple of days after we calling reception to let them know about the issues we were having.
The air conditioner made a racket and was never fixed - even after 3 visits from staff.
The noise kept us awake when using the AC at night - it got noisier as it pulsed off.
For the last night we switched it off as it had got even noisier.
It sounded like a fan issue.
These things should all be checked and corrected between visitor stays - it left us a little disappointed in the stay.

The location was great and you can tell they have renovated the rooms. The walls are thin and we were on the 3rd floor room where it sounded like someone was constantly dropping or walking above us- supposedly we booked a loft but there was clearly a loft above us. Aside from lack of good sleep everything else was nice. It would be nice if the hotel management could share with guests to be mindful of noise carrying over, since it’s not common sense for all guests.

Fantastinen WE LOVED IT!!!! perfect location for two young girlies on their first euro trip, with great staff and service. We had an amazing ride from the airport, and he gave us great suggestions on what to do in the city. The staff was extremely helpful with our own user issues with the safe, and were always prompt to help. We would definitely stay again.
