Walking distance to Pavillion. Friendly staff, clean rooms. Carpark available to those driving (Basement and multistorey). Valet parking available too.

Hotel is in a great location and the staff were amazing. They were very kind and helpful. However, the hotel has some issues. We were traveling with our toddler so wanted to spend slot of our time around the pool but the pool is not heated or temp controlled, so is freezing cold all the time and because of its orientation, the entire area never gets any sun. Also the breakfast is fairly average for the cost. Overall it’s an ok place to stay if you’re out doing day trips all the time but if you’re going to spend a lot of your time in the hotel, it’s fairly expensive for what you get, and it’s level of advertised luxury is not worth the price you pay. But have to say again, the staff were amazing. Very happy to help and super friendly.

Superb hotel, wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Beautiful club lounge. Great staff and service. Loved the pool area on 10th floor.

Very good

Location excellent. Easy walk to Bukit Bintang area where Pavilion mall is located. Very convenient n accessible to lots of eateries and food choices. Room very clean and bright. Will stay again when i am in KL.

Good breakfast, room was good

There is a good variety of food. Staff are friendly and accommodating.

It was good but the room service did not clean properly most of the times. Our of 9 nights they onky did 2 nights properly otherwise they only made the beds. The cabinets and other furniture is dated and is breaking.
