The good: Welcoming, friendly and service-minded staff. The bad: Our room (314) was facing the street and the sound proofing is very poor. Luckily there was little noise from the hallway but I was a few times surprised how loud the noise came trough. The pillows are very uncomfortable, staff was so friendly to find another one, but then the bed wasn’t long enough for my 185cm. All in all, I regret I opted for this seemingly better hotel in a less charming area.

Amazing room. It was spotless and the best was so big and comfy. They stocked up the refreshments daily and there was access to the sauna and gym. I would stay in another Melia hotel!
