Amazing all the way , close to everything, great facility and staff, we stayed for 3 nights , great air conditioning. highly recommended

What you pay for isn’t what you get. Rooms are tiny and shampoo was watered down. Stand up 2’x2’ shower is just not acceptable for the price we paid to stay there. Got there around noon and was told room wasn’t ready, understandable. Come back around 2pm and was told it still wasn’t ready. Watched about a dozen ppl check in and all got rooms and keys before us. The bed was not very comfortable and having to use two twin blankets instead of one king size made very little sense. Breakfast and staff after check in were great all around. The vicinity of the hotel to public transport was great, we were able to get to and from anywhere very easily. For the price that we paid I was def expecting a lot more than what we got. It served it’s purpose for us overall but def not somewhere we would stay again unfortunately.

Very clean large room for Lucerne. The bathroom was massive and very clean. The hotel overall almost feels like you are staying at a 5 star hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful and about a 5 minute walk to the lake.

We had a lovely stay in Lucerne and the staff, breakfast, cleanliness and location of the hotel was terrific. Unfortunately there is a rooftop nightclub at this location that on the last night of our stay (4 nights, on a Saturday) played music at high volume until 3:00 am. We were 3 floors below the top so I can only imagine what it must have been like higher up. For $400 a night, this is completely unacceptable. Consider stopping. This was not happening the 3 nights before. Thump thump thump ka-thump. Thump thump thump ka-thump. Make it stop.

There was no view from the room. It was just a wall outside window.
