The hotel is in the perfect location in Frankfurt. The hotel is near the mall/ shopping center and is about 10-15 minutes away from the airport and train station. I will always recommend this hotel to anyone.

The view was the best!

Property has an awesome location, close to train, U line, one stop from Frankfurt HBF. Hotel is part of ONE building. Breakfast buffet is expensive, 28 € if you buy it at check in or 31€ if you buy it after. It has everything, huge buffet and fresh. On the top roof they have a night club, nice but the people that go there could be a problem for the hotel customers, crowed elevators, lot of noise. Even though rooms are quite. The view could be splendid. My problem was they gave me room 707 with AC not working properly. It cost me three phone calls and two visits to the reception and of course a huge argumentation with the “supervisor” Fabrizio who thinks that I paid the room to discuss with him if the AC was working or not. He even offered me a fan and he was not sure what was the fan or the AC. He pretended that I open the windows and use a fan. Unaccwptable for that kind of hotel. Greatful to that other employee, part of the recption, that finally asked me if I want another room. I was moved to 1215 and everything was perfect.

Clean room, limited amenities in the room though

Enttäuschender Kundenservice und ungeklärte Abrechnung Ich habe in den vergangenen Monaten Aufenthalte im nhow Frankfurt für meine Kollegen gebucht. Aufgrund eines Versehens meinerseits wurden die falschen Daten (Oktober statt Mai) reserviert. Mein Kollege hat den Aufenthalt daher Ende Mai vor Ort selbst mit seiner Kreditkarte bezahlt. Im Hotel wurde ihm zugesichert, dass wir über Expedia eine Rückerstattung für die fehlerhafte Oktober-Buchung erhalten würden. Die Stornierung über Expedia erfolgte, allerdings verweigert das Hotel nun laut Expedia die Rückerstattung. Besonders enttäuschend ist die Kommunikation: Telefonisch wird man nur abgewimmelt und auf den E-Mail-Weg verwiesen. Auf mittlerweile drei bis vier E-Mails und nach über einem Monat Wartezeit gibt es keinerlei Reaktion. Auch unsere Bitte um eine ordnungsgemäße Rechnung für die Buchhaltung (da mein Kollege privat in Vorleistung getreten ist) wird konsequent ignoriert. Fehler können passieren, aber das Ignorieren von Kundenanfragen ist absolut unprofessionell. Wir werden dieses Hotel definitiv nicht mehr buchen.

Everything was fine

The design of this hotel, is astonishing and their attention to details is above and beyond. We were disappointed that the roof top bar is closed Sundays and Mondays and we couldn't visit it as it was something that caught our attention when booking. Highly recommended.
