The location is excellent. Appreciated having a kitchenette to prepare breakfast. The staff were all very helpful. They could work on the finishings in the room; better towels and sheets would go a long long way.

We had nothing but issues with their code system.. we weren’t the only ones. We had to wait on other people to let us in the building and finally got a new code for both doors that worked after a day and a half of issues.
This listing mentions off site parking available at 22euro. They DO NOT HAVE Parking associated with the building, and you cannot actually drive to this building. They will give you some addresses to public parking lots 10-15mim walk away (and likely 10-20min drive to get to) and it cost 36euro a day.
There is no one permanently on site to assist. They mentioned they have certain hours they’re on site.. but they were not.
We asked for a refund to leave a day early because of the frustration with the issues, and they never did, nor did they respond.
The walls are paper thin. You can hear conversations in the next room. The basic room is super tiny.

The unit was a comfortable and spacious unit and well located to easily access the all the main attractions. the unit was clean and easy to access.

The WC always smelt of sewage, bedding had small blood stains and we got trapped in the lift for about 30mins and then decided to not use the lift again. Otherwise the bed was comfortable, shower worked well and had a large TV.

Nice place that is nicely furnished. No full-time staff, but available via WhatsApp - responsive. Little bottleneck between rooms, but overall spacious. Right on a main cute street (can't drive to but the walk is not far).
