Decent hotel if you are on a tight budget. Wifi in the room comes and goes. Poor acoustic insulation at night, especially from neighboring rooms. The toilet tank in my room leaked, so I had to close the water valve to avoid extra noise.

Renovated room looks new and clean as compared to previous stays before COVID which was then rundown and dirty. Request for higher floor and riverside view was accommodated.

Stayed here twice before. This time much smaller room, tiny bathroom and first night very poor AC. Second night improved. No attendance late night so anyone can just walk in. Overall will stay again.

Hyvä No breakfast was included as told by the staff for all online booking? But it was not stated on that breakfast is excluded during our booking. It is a very let down. Ask for assistance as the television signal was bad and the toilet tank was dripping. No one came. During check out we had to request for our invoice which was not prepared earlier. Please update your website so not to confuse customer.

Easy access to any place,middle of the town. Nice view. But quite dissapointed regarding to their cleanliness. They did not clean their chiller. Has a charge for room make up because of this covid19. They using the old build in aircond. Also the basement carpark without facilities through to main lobby. The maintenance are eficient when we complaint about their aircond. The staff are welcoming & the riverside are really relaxing for the guest.
