Just had a staycation on Melbourne and have wanted to stay here for a while, was not disappointed! Such friendly and helpful staff, perfect location to transport and shops, a warm and inviting lobby with a cafe and the best bit, chocolates and petite cakes every afternoon from 2pm to 3pm! The bed was extremely comfortable, great selection of pillows and I absolutely loved the rainfall shower. My only piece of constructive feedback is that the room temperature was hard to regulate, no matter what I tried i felt too warm or too cold
