We’ve just come back from our stay at The Editory House Ribeira Porto Hotel, my second visit in the last two years, and honestly it was just as great as the first time. The staff are such a big part of why we love it here — everyone is so friendly and welcoming, nothing ever feels like too much trouble. It really makes a difference. We also really appreciated how well they handled our gluten intolerance. The fresh bread and muffins for breakfast were amazing. They were super understanding and made sure we always had safe options, which took all the stress out of eating while we were away. All in all, another fantastic stay — we’ll definitely be back again!

Very good central location.Noise comes with territory. Friendly staff, very clean. Spoty Wifi, many blind spots in the room.

No parking available but the place is nice

Great location. Wonderful reception, everyone was so friendly and especially Catcha (spelling). Tall and slim, speaks 4 languages and now learning Italian. She went above and beyond. Also the young lady from Nepal working the bar was amazing. Treated us like family not tourists. We will totally recommend this hotel mostly due to staff. Gracias Hotel editory.

This hotel is very quiet even the location is in the middle of heavy traffic area. It was empresses. My wife and I could have deep sleep every night..

Not so great check in. Service was very subpar. Room was not attended and staff unequipped. For the price and reviews, I was very disappointed.

Medium quality hotel at premium price during high season. Hotel staff unhelpful with itinerary changes. WARNING a double bed room has a double type bed - not two beds. The costs 70 euro more. No wash cloths shower fixtures broken. Room was very narrow.
