Fantastinen Very cozy hotel, great location and super helpful staff. It’s smaller so it feels more warm and local. They just replaced the old hard mattresses too.

Rooms were lovely and in a good area of the old city. Staff were polite and housekeepers were really lovely!
Having said the positive, the beds are super hard ( have lived in Thailand for 5 years previously and these were the hardest I’d come across) Then the pool was awful. Clearly not maintained or cleaned, with the surrounding grass having turned to mush. Only two pool chairs for a 45 plus room hotel. Checked out a few days early as temperatures were in the high 30,s but couldn’t swim! Found a hotel that had a decent pool.

The pictures didnt match the property. The room was very small and not mich room to move around. Our main issuse was the power faillure ar night and no guarantee it wouldn't happen again. We left after our first night and the staff wasnt very helpful. No refund was offered despite the power issuse. I wont stay there again.

Fantastinen Amazing location, very friendly staff and clean room every day! They also have bottled water in the lobby ~ great addition on very hot days!

Our stay here was great! No complaints other than we wish we could have stayed longer. All the staff were kind and it’s in a great location!

There was people trying to get into our room very loudly and they didn't stop even when we said we were in the room. That also didn't stop them from trying to enter but I know it wasn't the staff.

I really liked the hotel. It was very clean and tidy. The location was great - right in the middle of the Old Town. I had a slight issue with my hotel room during the last day of my trip but Kenny who worked at reception was quick to resolve it. A special thanks to him! Based on my experience, I would stay in this hotel again!
