We had a fabulous stay in this hotel in the center of Hue. We could walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. What's more, the staff were truly delightful: very helpful and friendly, but not intrusive.

The staff were amenable, courteous, and super helpful with booking tours around town. Our driver Thangh was awesome - his English was superb, he knew lots of fun "insider" facts about his hometown (and Vietnam in general), and he's a skilled (and safe) driver in a very clean, comfortable SUV. Thank you!
The room was comfortable and clean, and the location cannot be beat, right in the center of the action, but actually very quiet! Perfect.

We came early and were lovingly greeted, as soon room became available they WhatsApp texted us and we were able to check in early. Location is prime, close to everything. Shout out to Ruby, Than.and Linda, great team!

Great stay in a little gem of a hotel. Staff and quality of service was very high. The hotel assists in tours and travel around Hue. The Ly also support you in any other needs you require, laundry, pharmacy and the like. The rooms are awesome and the cleanliness is beyond reproach.
