We got a large wonderful room that they already knew had problems with the AC. It was well over 30 C in the room and they could see that from a board in reception but they gave it to us anyway. When we complained about the AC they looked at it but could not fix it so they moved us into a very much smaller room.

The hotel is nice and very conveniently located close to the airport. They even have a dedicated phone to help arrange taxis, which is a thoughtful and practical detail.
I booked a room with a king bed, but it did not feel like a true king mattress. It seemed to be two twin mattresses joined together, which was uncomfortable because I could feel the gap where they connected.
Other than that, the room was very nice, and the bathroom in particular was excellent.

The check inn was very fast and staff was very helpful. The room was clean and well kept . I would definitely recommend this hotel very convenient location to train trams and shops

Great location to be able to get to Edinburgh Airport. The self check in kiosk does not work for Expedia bookings. Need to check in at the front desk. We did not know this and spent 15 minutes trying to figure out what was the problem. When we went to the hotel staff if she could help us, she was very rude and ignorant to us. She explained in a condescending tone that the kiosk does not recognize 3 party bookings. It would have been helpful if there was a notice on the kiosk to notify people of this issue.

we had to sit around for 2 hours because we arrived at 1pm and they have a strict check in policy of 3pm
