Hienoa The hotel is about 7-10 mins from Waterloo station platforms. There are a couple of shops nearby and a street full of bars 2mins away. Location is not too bad but the rooms are small and cramped. It was ok for an overnight.

Hyvä It was fine nothing fancy just somewhere to put are heads down for a sleep the only thing I would say is that all we heard was the tube train going by

If you go into this knowing its small you won't be disappointed. Clean, staff were super friendly, comfortable. The air-conditioning did work, it was the heat wave. Close proximity to things to do and waterloo.

The rooms are extremely small but you do get a double bed. This had to be entered from the end as the walls were butted up to the bed on either side. Not too bothered as it was only 1 night.
The disappointment for me was the numerous other peoples hairs on the bed, the sheets seemed fresh so not sure where they came from, maybe the runner. This isn't acceptable

It’s close to restaurants on Marsh street and walkable to Tate Modern. Didn’t deal much with staff but nice at checkin. Not inspiring lobby! Room was way too small. Sink had bad smell.

Staff was friendly. Check-in was fast since I did the pre Check-in. An underground station and grocery store is just steps away the hotel.

The hotel is in a great location from Waterloo station, with in walking distance to great restaurants and the London Eye. The rooms are very small so a person with mobility issues might have a little trouble. The hotel is very upfront about the size of the rooms which is great but hard to truly understand how small they really are until you’re there
