Most things about this hotel were positive, location was very convenient and staff at the front desk were very attentive and very nice. Cleaning of rooms starts on the early side, however the staff the staff were on the floor early to begin. They were very loud and would wake me up with their talking every day without fail.

The staff were very friendly, the free shuttle is nice especially when it’s raining and you have luggage. We were in the Annex building, it’s like an apartment.. worked well for our needs. Very convenient to the train station and to Hakata Old town.

Keskimääräistä heikompi The receptionist was very professional, however the hotel is not that good, the breakfast was very disappointing and wasn’t made for tourists. There is no choice like the other hotel with breakfast buffet. I only ate the bowl of rice.
For sleeping only I recommend but do not take the breakfast.

The hotel was perfect. The location was a short walk from Hakata Station. The rooms are clean and well maintained by hotel staff. The front desk staff are really amazing and helpful and did an excellent job helping me with my stay and are able to speak English well. Definitely recommend President Hotel if you are staying in Fukuoka.

The staff was fantastic, however our non-smoking room smelled like the previous guest was smoking non-stop during their stay.

The bed for a double room was a single bed and the bathroom had the worst smell imaginable and was as if there was waste clogged up no matter how many times you flushed it or had the fan on. Super outdated would never stay again and recommend avoiding!
