The Staff was extremely Helpful. One of the Best staffs I've ever had to deal with. Hotel is nice and clean. Roof top is Very nice. Definitely the Hotel I will be staying when I travel to San Diego..

Great location and excellent customer service. The hotel has been nicely remodeled, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooms are on the smaller side, and the bed was a bit too firm for our liking. Valet parking is now $70 per night plus tip, which we felt was overpriced. Overall, it’s a nice hotel, but the parking cost and room comfort may be worth considering.

With no included breakfast or parking ($70 valet per day) it wasn’t worth the cost. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. It’s just too expensive for the value provided.
