I love the hotel overall, but I feel as though I was scammed by Expedia, who charge me an additional cost for breakfast, when breakfast is included (free) as a part of staying at the hotel. Also, please do not be fooled by the hotel Positive reviews, they offered me Floating breakfast to do a review after my first night. Which I did, for a review, but later on in the night, I was bitten up by Mosquitoes. Or Bed bugs. I can’t say for sure.

they entered into the villa without my permission to serve the breakfast. i did not reply to telephone as I was not ready for the breakfast and they quietly entered into the villa by unlocking the main gate with the duplicate key without any knock or warning. its highly unprofessional of them. I will never stay and would never recommend this villa. for me its not a small matter. its breach of privacy.

Spacious villa. Free upgrade to floating breakfast due to low water pressure. Amazing service crews and staffs, with pleasant smiles at all time. Staffs able to communicate well and fluently in English. Especially Yurika and Alit, both were very attentive and helpful. Amenities are great. PERFECT for honeymoon couples or family with young kids.
