The only draw back was the 3 am bathroom visit - 50 meters away. Please note that the grounds are not roller luggage friendly. Expensive breakfast option but certainly a special treat. My schedule did not allow for a leisurely experience. Missed out on the locally raised eggs.

The real Italian experience for you & your family! The property is perfect for traveling to the airport & into Venice! Additionally, you are staying at a wonderful place with such charm & excellent service, food, and our room in the Hare House was super nice! We would come back 100%! If you stay there, you must get the breakfast! Use the staff advice and eat also at the property’s food truck & visit the farm animals in the back! The restaurant down the road about a 10 minute walk was also great and has the best gelato I’ve ever had (ask to try the “wine” one), it’s not what you think. The only thing to prepare for is mosquitoes at night, so bring spray if they like your blood too! Other than that, I perfect place for our needs.

Who is a bit tiny hard to maneuver around. The air conditioner worked only so so. Other than that, everything was great.
