Staff waited late for check in

Check-in went smoothly and the hotel is in a good location. The lobby appeared to be well-maintained with amenities on display to take as needed. However, when I got to my room there was a noticeable unpleasant smell that never went away. The room was also extremely dusty with a thick layer of dust on the air conditioning unit, the walls, and the bathroom vent. After attempting to tackle both the smell and the dust, I went to use the shower where I found a number of small insects gathered in the corner of the tub. I ended up checking into a different hotel after one short night due to health concerns. I have stayed in capsule hotels and 1-2 star hotels much cleaner than this one. I only hope that this was an anomaly and that others won’t experience what I did.

広くて綺麗で心地よい空間でした 出張利用には最適です

Clean, great location, easy check-in and check-out. Would definitely recommend.

Awesome staff and very clean and quiet

客室は広々として清潔、バスルームも広めで快適でした。 チェックインもスムーズで、楽しい演出でした。

客室が綺麗

客室も良かったが換気扇の異音が気になった

Right in a shopping area, so the gf was happy. Easy to get to and access to plenty of things. Room was nice, but could've had better pillows. TV allowed for me to login to Netflix and YouTube accounts for watching stuff when winding down which was a plus. Amenities like razor blades, toothbrush, etc were free. Would stay here again.

Great location. Very clean. No complaints!
