Pretty nice hotel, good price, everything looked new, very clean, comfortable bed, adequate size room, big shower. We didn't eat the breakfast because it was 21 euros......a little pricey. There was no heat in the rooms because the hotel controls it and decides when to turn it on/off. Luckily, we didn't need it despite the cool mornings. The metro station was across the street and very convenient. Lots of restaurants and small grocery stores nearby. This hotel is in a middle-eastern neighborhood - probably Turkish, but we felt safe and found the people very friendly. Would we stay there again? Yes, unless I found another similar priced hotel nearer to central Paris.

Staff is not that friendly. Language might be the problem??? Booked two rooms and one of them got leaking problem in the bathroom. It took them two days to fix.
