Nice and clean hotel, love to stay again next time

The room was readily available. The staff was helpful. The location was great as it was walkable from the main train and bus stations. Decent options for food and shopping nearby. The room was good. Water pressure was amazing in the shower. Wish there was a water dispenser in the lobby so we could fill out bottles. Good value for the price that we paid.

All good apart from the required daily request for the room to be cleaned.

Check-in was smooth and refreshingly simple—just punch in a code and voilà, you’re in. Our top-floor room had three beds, which was great. The bathroom, however, could best be described as “efficient”, calling it small would be generous. The biggest downside was the street noise, which made itself well known. That said, everything else was fantastic. The location, right by the train station and close to the city, more than made up for it.

Clean and fairly quiet. Room was very hot and the pillows were terrible.

Good location

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and functional rooms. The only problem is a lack of secure luggage storage - if youre going to enforce a strict checkin time of 3pm, you need to provide secure luggage storage for early arrivals.

Very modern, large family room for four. Loved it all. Very comfortable stay and close to Christmas markets and train station.

Good

The room was nice with a good bathroom. The location to the Christmas markets was perfect as well. The breakfast at $14 euros/pp was worth it although there is a Der Becks a couple of places down.
