Only one elevator was working on our day there and it was a really bad inconvenience because there was a line to get on it.

Would have been a five star rating but when we got to the room it had no body wash and we were told that housekeeping comes every other day. They never cleaned our room and when we told the desk clerk, he seemed bothered by us

Our room was very nicely laid out; it's obvious a lot of thought went into the design. My wife's immediate reaction (and she can be quite critical) was "why haven't we stayed here every time we visited?" There's a kitchen (full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher and dishes), 'living room' with couch and work table, bedroom, bathroom, closets, giant TV that swivels to provide viewing no matter where you are in the room... all in a hotel room without it seeming crowded at all. Very nice!

The room was meticulously cleaned. Very quiet hotel. We didn't hear anything all night. Great location as well. Lots of shopping and eating very close by. Brian the check in staff was super friendly.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, nice breakfast. Only knock is that the a/c was especially loud and blew quite hard on us as we slept.
