Excellent hotel for a few nights stay. Maybe a stop over for an onward flight. The areas outside, however, does not reflect the luxury inside. Food was a bit disappointing. A good choice at breakfast but the ‘hot’ selection were cold. Also, menu choice is limited for restaurant and room service given there are no alternative places to eat outside. Food was also lukewarm wether eaten in restaurant or delivered to room.

Great little find excellent swimming pool bedrooms were fantastic for the Prais and a good location within an easy reach of local amenities and shopping and beach definitely would come back

It was a very nice hotel. Pool and room were very nice. The staff were not helpful. They were trying to charge extra for everything. But theres nothing around the hotel. You need a taxi or your own vehicle to go anywhere. For example I got hungry and wanted to eat food inside the hotel and they charged me 16 Euros. I couldn’t even eat it. It was that bad.

Overall, our stay was good. The hotel was clean, the rooms were well maintained, and housekeeping did a great job. The room was cleaned daily, and the staff we interacted with were generally helpful. However, we had a very disappointing experience with the air conditioning during the night. The AC appeared to be turned off from the hotel’s side multiple times. We called reception around 3:00 AM, and they turned it back on, but it was switched off again shortly afterwards. We called several more times, but eventually our calls were no longer answered. As a result, we had an uncomfortable night and were unable to sleep properly until the morning. This continued until around 10:00 AM and significantly affected our stay. While the cleanliness and overall condition of the hotel were good, this issue with the air conditioning and the lack of response from reception left a negative impression.

Meh wouldn’t consider this a 5 star and I’ve been all around the world needs major works to actually be classed as a 5 star seperate charges for everything even £2 everytime I wanted to heat up food even if its their food pretty ridiculous if you ask me anyways the hotel is very appealing to look at but that’s all it was for me nothing much else to it
