Lovely boutique hotel. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding. The main sights of Porto were easily accessible to walk from the hotel. We Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely hotel , great location at edge of city centre but a walk to all the fun things to do , albeit a cheap uber back after a large dinner ! Lovely staff ,nice terrace and complimentary drink on arrival a nice touch . very clean and quiet room ( we were on 5th floor ) , could do with a kettle but had coffee and fridge , all in all a great place to stay for a short city break , the Lamberts , Bristol

Modern room, easy check-in, no issues!

Great attentive staff. Rooms are modern and clean. Breakfast buffet is very helpful to get the day started. Location is perfect. Walk to the main sites, just a block or two away from the crowds and noise.

I really didn’t wanna have to leave this review, but the staff here was not willing to make any accommodations for me. Upon walking into my room, it smelled like sewage. When we were showering, the water to the shower would not drain and overnight. The AC did not work at all even though it was reading 18°C. The following morning during checkout, I asked to speak to the manager who was not in until 9 AM. They replied the manager would be giving me a call to rectify the issues. I never received a call back and I even called back around 10 AM giving my information so I could be call back and yet again I was never called back. During checkout, I stated the issues that I was having and they stated that they knew that the shower drain wasn’t working! The part that I did not understand is why would they even offer me that room if the train wasn’t working! It’s so unfortunate that the manager did not take the time to speak to me to hear me out and to hear what my issues were. I would hate for the next paying customer to deal with the issues that I had to go through.

Wonderful location, modern rooms with an excellent buffet breakfast. Some of the staff were not very familiar with the area as far as places to eat or drink. Google maps is great

Nice size room, comfortable (and big bed). Breakfast a bit limited but sufficient for what we needed. As it was March we didn't go onto the outside terrace. Like all of Porto it's up the hill, but very easy to get down to the main shopping area and market (and metro).
