The location is good, a 15 minute walk to the nearby shopping area. Have lots of parking space which is good. The cooking pan was unusable as the coating has been mostly scratched off and the cleanliness needs to be improved.

I enjoyed my stay there, place is clean, has a kitchen, comfortable beds, parking is available. Host was friendly and helpful, and hotel it’s at a walking distance from the train station. This place exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it.

這是一間自助辦理入住的飯店,入住前會mail提供辦理入住的方法 只是每次要拿房間鑰匙使用, 都要轉密碼鎖拿鑰匙 房間設備也很齊全,洗衣服、曬衣服都可以, 再來去博多駛10分鐘內可以到 旁邊有一間7-11.整體來說算蠻方便的

The room was clean, and was big. Had a kitchen with fridge and stove ( though we did not use it ). The closes station is about 15 min away walking , though taxis are available .

環境很讚像回到家一樣的舒適，有廚房洗衣機應有盡有，附近走路1分鐘有7-11，隔音床墊都舒服。 建議出發前先完成check in護照掃描等等，會輕鬆很多。 離車站走路10到15分鐘，有一小段距離。

It is an umanned hotel but staff communication is excellent. Our boy left his 9 years old eevee plushie in the hotel when we checked out and the staff helped us to locate and arrange for its repatriation. We are so ever grateful for this. Clean, specious and comfortable room (with washer/dryer!), walking distance to Hakata Station, 10-15mins drive to airport. A great place to call home when visiting Fukuoka.

Very poor hotel. Check in is chaotic with one terminal and not easy and we have to wait for a long time. The room was smelly when we walked in, sewage smelled front toilet. Washing machine is dirty and smell too. No hot water and we cannot have any shower after a long flight. A very bad decision to choose this hotel.
