A clean and efficient economy Hotel. Exactly what a budget traveler would like to have. Generous cheap breakfast, easy walk to Historic Center, right next to the train station.

Nice and close to the main station.. breakfast was decent.. but no hot food.. the 1st 2 nights were ok... but then there was a group of students staying.. banging on each others Doors, talking in the hallway just out of side my bed room door at 12.30.... and last night was 3.am.... nothing was done about it....

Brilliant location. Staff were very accommodating at the reception desk in the afternoon to look after our luggage and also in the evening to provide an ice pack and medical assistance to one of our party. Breakfast was good if you like a continental breakfast. Good quality.

I had a very poor experience. When I checked in there was no room available for me despite having paid in full on 30th August 2025. I booked two rooms, one was available, mine was not. The hotel said that Expedia had cancelled it. I had to pay for another room. In the morning they said that my booking was in fact ok and found me another room. I have sent an email to Expedia claiming a refund of £147.62 for the room that I had to pay for

Very well-located hotel, minutes away from the train station, main bus and tram lines, restaurants and shops. The staff is very professional and kind. Some of the amenities could use a bit of updating.
