This was one of the nicest Motel rooms we have stayed in over the last few years. I wish we were staying longer than one night. Don't get fooled by the dated roadsign, the accommodation is recently refurbished, super clean and generously spacious. Our room featured a lovely kitchen too. I really loved the location, just round the corner from the main thoroughfare of Cowes. Will definitely return when we visit Phillip Island in the future.

Greeted with friendly staff member on arrival, a very clean and quiet place to stay within walking distance to bay and main street. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay there again.

Loved staying here, one block from the beach and the main part of town. Hosts were great and very helpful. Only negative was that it was very cold, very thin window and heater wasn't overly reliable.

Staff & owners are friendly, but the facilities are old and shabby. Bathroom needs major overhaul. No hairdryer. Not worth premium rate charged.

Motel style accom. Had all necessary equipment for a 2 night stay. Renovated bathroom was superb. Very good value for the price ($113). Easy walk to beach front & main street.
