Great vibes at the hotel. Staff helpfully processed an early check in as a mariott bonvoy member so that was very appreciated. Room is compact and smartly designed, enough space for a couple of luggages to be opened up. Has all the amenities you need in the room, comfortable bedding. Didnt try the breakfast so couldn’t comment. Lots of space within the hotel to hang out if you don’t want to be in your room.

Everything you need for a trip to Osaka. Good location, easy access to train stations. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Nice modern feel, will be staying there again if ever in the city.

We liked the quirkiness of this hotel. The free cup of tea or coffee in the morning was a bonus as not all hotels do that. The room was a bit small, but not the smallest we had had on our trip. Staff were super helpful. Location was pretty good as we were out the way of the busy touristy city centre

Moxy Osaka Umeda delivers exactly what you’d expect from a Moxy hotel anywhere in the world—stylish, fun, and comfortable. My room was on a high floor, amazing view of the city, especially at night. Good breakfast with a good variety of dishes that changed daily. The hotel is not too far from public transportation, making it easy to explore the city.

Fantastinen Hotel was very clean. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and were able to help when my door key stopped working. One of the lifts had a disco mirror ball which was cool. Didn't use the laundry service, but there are self-service machine which look useful.
