The hotel is a little old but kept well and very clean. It's also in great location with nice staff.
Paid parking is cheap if you're driving.

Fantastinen Excellent hotel with traditional Japanese rooms, few minutes walk away from the Aomori train station - very convenient place to stay if you are visiting the region!

Hienoa It doesn’t seem like this hotel has been updated in the last 30 years or so. Service is friendly and location is good but the rooms are tiny and outdated.

This was a good hotel with traditional Japanese rooms and Western style rooms. We stayed in the traditional Japanese room and it was clean and comfortable if you're used to the floor futon. The hotel is located in a small traditional Japanese town. There's not that much to do unless you're there to explore the countryside.

Friendly staff, even though some did not speak much English, it was perfect. It's conveniently near to the Aomori station, about 2 blocks. We visited in winter and it was snowing a lot, but there was no problem getting there. About a 5 minute walk. The room was perfectly okay, it just had a slightly weird smell.

Hyvä Best Japanese breakfast in 25 day holiday. Scallops Sukiyaki and scallops deep fried. Good variety of dishes includes toast for the unadventurous. Seniors can travel!
