Absolutely happy to stay in this hotel, very clean and modern looking. pool area, and café It was extremely beautiful and feel like oasis in the middle of the city. excellent selection for breakfast for 17 $ super comfy bed with the crispy white linen. most important people who work in the hotel, super friendly and really help you with anything. and speak perfect English. easy to walk everywhere nice restaurants, and coffee shop nearby.!!!

Had an amazing stay. The staff were incredibly kind and the hotel was beautiful + very clean. It was in a great area and in walking distance to everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Had a fantastic 2 night stay at the Mercure Porto Centro Aliados. The hotel felt like an oasis of calm in a busy city. The location is convenient and the pool was fantastic after a busy day of sightseeing. I would definitely stay here again.

The front desk staff was helpful. Property was clean, modern, gorgeous. The room was spacious. Location is good. The pool area is small. Overall, I’d recommend!

It was disappointing that we were not allocated the room type we had booked and paid for. We chose this hotel especially because of the availability of a room overlooking a garden. We viewed many hotels in Porto and chose this hotel specifically because it offered rooms with garden views. On arrival, we were advised we had been 'upgraded' to a larger room but without an outlook other than a wall!. There were only two of us, whilst extra space was fine, had that been our priority requirement we would have booked that type of room. Our priority was a room with a garden view. So this was very disappointing. Other than that, it was a nice hotel with attentive staff.
