The staff was very helpful, but unfortunately our room was not as clean as it should have been. When we removed the covers from one of the beds, we found blood stains on the bedding and someone had left a body piercing underneath the covers. I'm not sure how this was missed when the room was cleaned and prepared for the next guests. Thankfully, I called the front desk, and the gentleman who assisted us responded quickly and replaced all of the bedding. The hotel was fully booked, so we weren't able to move to a different room, but I appreciated how promptly the staff resolved the issue.

It was decent. We stayed I had a surgery at Kaiser the next day. Very clean and roomy. Staff was nice.

Clean and quiet. They have an access-controlled breakfast hall that only guests with room keys can enter. Much better than a few other motels within a few blocks along El Camino Real.

Everything in the room was good. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom not so much. Left over hair on the wall and floor of bathroom . Floor not as clean as it should be. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. Parking was bad, you pay extra for parking then you arrive late there’s no parking!😣. All staff were great. 👍

Bathroom door was a sliding barn door that didn’t give much privacy. Condition of facilities below par, but for one night’s stay it was adequate since the Super Bowl was happening at Levi Stadium.

The room was clean and neat and well appointed. The only reason I’m not giving a five star is due to the fact that they allow homeless people to stay the night in the ice machine/snack room. When I was very startled the next morning because I thought he was dead ands not just asleep, I let the front desk know and all they said was oh yeah we’re aware. No real apology or explanation at all, just acknowledgement. I’m a woman traveling alone for business and I did not appreciate having unauthorized people staying in places they shouldn’t be, since they are not guests of the hotel. You also should not be charging for parking either since it’s not in any of the description on the website. Leaving it up to the front desk to tell people about the parking charge is cowardly.

We were very impressed, the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. We will come back.
