The hotel is modern and feels very inviting and fresh. The room itself is also contemporary, with plenty of charging points, modern lighting, and overall cleanliness. There were a few signs of wear and tear, which is to be expected. However, the air conditioning does not work until the outside temperature reaches a certain level (an Ibis policy). The hotel is well insulated, which unfortunately made the room temperature quite uncomfortable, even with the window open. The thick bedding didn’t help either. I also reported that the bed was squeaky and had a wobbly leg, but this was not fixed during the four days of our stay. The breakfast was a small continental-style setup, with low-quality coffee and juices. In hindsight, we regret paying for it, as there are much better and more affordable cafes nearby. The gym is functional but very small, so it’s not suitable for a full workout. Overall, while the hotel is modern, I wouldn’t stay again after experiencing other options in Baku, where better-priced rooms with more facilities are available.

everything excellent : cleanliness, amenities of a 4 star hotel , professional staff, accessability ( metro station + bus headed to city centre 2 mins away) , safe area with restaurants and bars . My next time in Baku will be again at Ibis.

Overall it was just OK. When I had asked for the taxi pick up from the airport, I did not receive any response after repeated follow-ups. So, I had to book myself from the airport. Also, at the time of check-in I was rudely informed the breakfast was not included although it was clearly mentioned in my booking reservation. After I showed them the proof, they accepted my point. For a business standard hotel, such behaviour is unacceptable. Overall, the room is fine and breakfast spread was decent, if not great.

The room and the hotel are both okay .. the bed sheets barely covered the bed and ended up sleeping on the protector .. Had to request for coffee sachets 3 times .. staff don’t seem to care much .. location works if you want to be closer to the boulevard

This is great value. The rooms might be a bit small but it had everything I needed including a small gym. The staff are very good too.

A good clean place with a good atmosphere. Breakfast might be a bit crowded but it was nice and the price is very good.
