I booked a twin room hoping it will have some reasonable space- I was wrong, the rooms are the size of a shoebox. My friend and I have to move two suitcases around to pass through. Also could not open a heavy suitcase without placing it over the bed. Imagine the hassle. I know its Japan and the sizes here were small, but I was truly expecting something reasonable and humane. Spend your money somwhere else, SPA world next door has better sized rooms for the same price which includes Spa access.

Very good hotel

Nice staff, free amenities were so good the products for face and hair, close to walking in shopping areas, very close walking to art museums.

Location is great!! Walking distance to Tsutenkaku Tower. There’s a convenient store just across from it. It also is accessible to the subway and Don Quijote & Daiso. It’s near the restaurants and food stalls. Our room and bathroom are small (very typical of Japanese hotels). Staffs are helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay here if ever I visit Osaka again.

You have a pleasant atmosphere to welcome youe guests. The staffsare polite and very helpful to your guests.The housekeeper are very nice and very considerate that give way to the guests as the latter to use the facilities.i love the food choices at the buffet table ...quite healthy.I would give a 9/10 rating even if it's in a downtown area. Thank you very much.

The hotel staff were polite and helpful. Location is very convenient, a short less than 5 mins walk will take you to the trains line that brings you around Osaka. Many 24hrs convenient stores. Just that the toilet is small.

The hotel is just 5 min walk to the shinseki which offers a good range of supper and drinking options. It is also near to the osaka metro line which brings you to the town easily. A good place to come back to if i were to revisit osaka

I liked the location of this hotel; it was near the metro stations and walking to the Ebisu Higashi area of Osaka. Great food, shopping, and bars. Breakfast was just ok, rooms were ok, small but clean, and quiet. We had a room at the back of the hotel off the street, so no complaints. I needed a late checkout, they let us keep the room until 5pm for just a few dollars. So convenient. Would recommend
