The location of the hotel is wonderful and it’s great to have a basic free breakfast everyday. The room very sparsely furnished and while advertised as a king bed was more like a queen bed (2 narrow beds pushed together). The only pillows available were full of feathers and went flat when used. The hotel has no alternative pillows and told me to go and buy my own. The room was very small and without an outside deck I think we would have gone mad. No chairs or side tables in the room either. On day 3 we asked the cleaner for an electric kettle which she kindly gave us, definitely not a homely place. Our shower leaked and we had to mop up the water after each shower with a soaking wet bathmat. It’s not a place I would recommend to others.

Excellent hotel. A very central location. Everything was walking distance. Their complementary breakfast was one of the best ones I have had in a long time. Staff is very courteous and professional. I’ll definitely stay there again.

The Reception staff were very helpful, but David was excellent. Polite, professional and prompt in any request we asked of him. H2 are extremely lucky to have him as an employee.
