Rude staff, no vending, dirty rooms

It’s nice clean n quiet

The place is nothing like the pictures. We pulled up and it is a apparent it is mostly full of people living there fulltime and construction crews. There were just sitting around outside, smoking cigarettes and staring people down. Walking in the front door to the office you get hit with the smell of weed and cleaner. We were traveling with a 2 and 6 year old. We start unloading, we are now on the 3rd floor, the whole place reeks of weed. There are lots of weird people seemingly just hanging out at the building. The floors were very sticky and not clean. Elevator seemed like it might just stop. We get to our room, it is Nooooooothing like the pics on this site or their website. Much older, much less nicer. The window in our room is broken with glass still scattered, it's been cleaned, but there is still glass on the floor and window ledge. We went to the front desk, they gave us our money back immediately. It's seems to be a normal process from them. They didn't seem to care or surprised. We went to the next exit and found a better place. If I could give this place and this site for recommending it a negative review I would. Disgusting place. I wouldn't be surprised of anything going on in there and I would not feel safe sleeping there. Anyone of the people living there, obviously on drugs could burn the place down anytime or who knows what you might walk out your door and get caught up in. Shame on everyone. They'll probably take this down.

Very nasty bedding on beds Old rooms very much in need of an upgrade. Very just dirty

The property looked nothing like the photos online. Random people up all night walking past the window. More like an apartment/extended stay and I was definitely not aware of that. I mean I guess it’s better than sleeping outside but definitely a hell no for me! Futon (that I had no idea was even in the room cause what I booked said 2 queen beds)Covered in dog fur. Whole room smelled like dogs. Top sheet dirty. Small kitchenette missing the dishwasher but not 1 single dish. Water damage to the floors, cabinets, and doors. Just terrible

Room was clean and air conditioning worked well. Hallways had a strong pot smell, but room did not. Served my purpose well as I was by myself.

Just a place to lay your head.

It was awful no toilet paper in the room. The office was closed half the time you had to call them if you needed something. The bugs roaches were terrible spiders. I will never ever stay there again. The remote for the TV didn’t work half the time. The staff was rude. They wouldn’t clean our room. We couldn’t hardly get clean towels. I’m just never gonna stay there again.
