Hienoa The hotel has quite a lot of guests, and the pool area can feel a bit crowded. The space between the pool and the sunbeds is narrow, and some guests slipped there. However, the food at the Italian restaurant in the hotel was excellent.

Room was very clean, spacious and modern. The hotel had an excellent pool area for adults and a separate area for children with a waterpark theme. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay!!! Enjoyed every moment!
The room was soo comfortable, clean, and the staff was very nice!! It feels like they think of everything in advanced so you'll have a great stay!!
The only thing is that the water in the pools and waterpark are very cold...

Fantastinen Booked last minute during peak season and lucked out! The hotel was spotless, with a super clean room, huge private balcony, pleasant staff, and a delicious breakfast buffet. Would definitely come back!

Lovely hotel
Very clean with friendly staff
Typical buffet food but of a good standard with something for everyone.
Only thing was it was full of noisy kids whos parents let them run amok in the dining area. This is not the hotels fault but they could enforce a rule no running in the dining areas. It would have been nice for couples without kids to be able to eat a meal without a 5 year old tearing around on the next table.
Perhaps create family areas and adult areas there.
Thr few coupleas we spoke to said the same lovely hotel but wouldnt go back because of that reason.

Lovely friendly hotel. Staff really attentive, food is exceptional even the breakfast buffet. So much choice, you won’t be disappointed. A Family friendly resort! Reception staff were lovely and special thank you to Afina to went above and beyond. Amazing service
