The location could not be worse, in the middle of an industrial estate with no shops to buy basic food or drink and far from town. Arrived on Sunday, the receptionist could hardly speak English and no manager about. They needed a large deposit to let us use the room. The manager didn't get back to us during our stay showing they didn't care. No idea of customer care or hospitality. Mainly a place for businesses in the area. Really disappointed, shouldn't be listed on Expedia.

Didn’t feel like the room was cleaned properly. Many hair in bathrooms and on the robes. Staff wasn’t welcoming nor very pleasant the second night. The restaurant buffet though was very nice high quality foods and nice service. The access to pool and spa opens way too late at 10am and closes way too early at 8pm for people who work…

Nice room, safe under ground parking, lots of amenities. Breakfast wasn’t great and couldn’t order eggs other than what was offered. Good In the warm weather for sitting outside and they have a pool. Although I didn’t have enough time to try it. Convenient location for me. Lot of shopping near by.

Nice hotel with spacious room, great breakfast. Specially enjoy fresh juice selvmade option. Helpful staff. Haven’t had a time to try spa this time. Will visit it again this hotel definitely
