The staff were always polite and helpful, the hotel was quiet and clean, the lifts always worked fine. The price was fine and i would not hesitate to book again

I stayed here for about a week and a half. Hotel is easy to find, it's really clean, and location is fine - mall is nearby and Danube is walking distance. It's along a main road which is convenient. Only complaint is there were small flies in the toilet when I checked in, which I believe is due to humidity and isn't at the fault of hotel. Just something to note. Also no towels in the bathroom upon checking in but I got some as soon as I asked. Hotel staff and reception are very nice and helpful!! Everything was very comfortable and I enjoyed my stay :)

Staff very nice. Rooms were nice and clean with large spaces. Beds comfortable and bathrooms clean. This was perfect for us since we needed a place to stay due to our flight being 330am the next day. They could have supplied more towels. The entrance and lobby could use an update since both appear outdated.
