I had high hopes for this property given the reviews but the staff was unpleasant and unhelpful. Check-in alone was so slow. My biggest issue being the next morning there was no power when we were checking out (not their fault but they could have handled it better), made the poor young bag handler go up and down 4x just to get us a key that works in 40 degree weather so we could get to airport and not one of his colleagues came to help him. We had just came back from another one of their properties and there was a stark contrast in hospitality and general energy. The staff could care less to help, not even a smile…another big warning is you can’t drive in or out of Trastevere between 6:30 am and 10:30 am so if you have a vehicle pick another hotel (also no parking on property). Would have been nice to know given we had a rental car.

Room was spacious, clean, modern. The hotel is in a fantastic area, rooftop restaurant and bar were perfect for a drink at the end of the night! Highly recommend. Would definitely stay again! The family Room was perfect for our family if 4!

This was a pleasant surprise. It was a very nice hotel with air conditioning working perfectly. It was a cute hotel and we really enjoyed the area. The breakfast was very good and the staff were great. I would recommend this hotel.

The shower had mold in it, and it was completely clogged. the hallway literally smelled like a rotting dead body, absolutely disgusting. I complained and they went and sprayed a ton of perfume. The amount of homeless people outside needs to be acknowledged with an extra security personel. The only positive was the decent breakfast.
