This my second time stay in this hotel after fascinating experiences in the first stay 2 years ago. I would say this time, It was okey (below my expectations built up by my primary experience) due to quality of services. After I checked in, I went to my room and found the room very small and outdated, while based on my first stay, I had found the hotel very modern and clean. Then, I requested to change my room and the staff did it while I have been told that they are fully booked. Overall, the balance of this time services and cost of each night stay didn’t seem to be reasonable in my second stay.

A great stay in this cool city centre hotel. The spa and pool were an added bonus. Excellent cuisine at the in-house Brasserie Nitz.

As a solo traveler, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The hotel was incredibly clean, comfortable, and felt very safe throughout my visit. The location was excellent, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and local attractions, making it easy to explore the area on my own. The staff were outstanding—friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with recommendations or any questions I had. Their hospitality made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling alone or with family. I would gladly stay here again!

The Registration desk hyped the breakfast (at 28 euros each), so I went for it. Absolutely awful. Asked for eggs over easy; they eventually were served to me hard and cold. Asked for orange juice. Never got it. Asked for sausage. Never got it. Had to chase server down to get anything. The room was fine; but the restaurant and breakfast are very poor. I complained to the front desk; they said that was too bad, and charged me full price. I will never stay there again, and I urge others to avoid it.
