Loved the breakfast and variety of choices. The hotel was cleaned and well maintained. Close to many shopping and food options. I was lucky to get one of the upgraded rooms with refrigerator which kept our drinks cold with the hot weather in Puebla during our stay. Thank you!

I had a Do Not Disturb sign on the door and they ended up coming in. Made the bed, took the towels and did not even restock anything. We went to complain to receptionists and they came back later after checking the cameras and didn't notice anyone go in (Then how was the bed made and the towels gone?)
