Hienoa Decent hotel with lovely staff. The rooms were cleaned every day. Convenient location in the centre of Luang Prabang old town.

Room104, bed very firm, a bit too hard for me, pillows are great, hot water and pressure very good, AC works good, WiFi I had a problem once, but works most of the time. The walls in the room a bit dirty, it needed a paint.
I The staff Dith and Otis are great, they speak good English and they’re very friendly and nice.
The Hotel can book tours and transportation to train station or airport and exchange currency. Great location near main road, Mekong river, restaurants and shops.

Déjeuner ok mais avec peu de choix, on doit commander la veille ce que l’on veut manger!!

Lovely, friendly place to stay. Perfect location, quiet but very central. Comfortable room with pleasant outside area. Excellent breakfast. Very helpful, friendly staff, who can arrange tours and transfers.
