Room was basic, but clean. Staff were extremely helpful. Good position for us as it was a 30 mins tube trip from Paddington. Recommended to anyone that needs a cheap and cheerful hotel for a short stay.

Arrived at hotel and waited a while for reception then booked in and directed to room which was clean . In the morning realised only 1 towel in the room and no mat for shower this was corrected the next day following a word with reception. On day 2 no milk for tea or coffee.

The hotel smells sadly as soon as you walk in. The rooms resemble a refuge camp and not like the photos.
The staff are nice but would never return

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The room smelt of drains and mould. There were 3 separate air freshners that hardly touched this. The bed sheet was so thin you could read a newspaper through it. You could feel the mattress spring. The shower was cold and there was noise from staff until 2.30 in the morning. The room had one tiny velux window.

Nice guy checked me in but went downhill when I arrived at my room. Horrible smell on entry to room. Tin of air freshener on the table tells me the staff are aware of this, but still let the room out to paying customers. Mould in shower enclosure. More water came out of the shower hose than the shower head. Corridor doors dont have door closers so are banging shut all night.
Won't be re-booking here again in the future.

Room was fairly decent no temperature control as it was broken but there was a heater in the room kettle was broken and the chair was damaged
