Nice room and cleanliness is very well done I had a well stay for comfort other than the fact that there are no ice machines feel like it wel more likely help certain guest.

Hyvä Staff was great. Absolutely awesome.
The room had a huge burn on the wall from the hot plate, side of the microwave had dirt and grease caked on. Paint was bubbling and rippling on one wall. Toilet seat had a broken clip. Every drawer and cabinet was scratched and chipped. Coffee pot was empy both days--free breakfast consisted of granola bar and cheap muffins.

Keskimääräistä heikompi Room was disgusting, smelled terrible mold and mildew all over tge bathtub, bathroom smelled of sewer, hallways smelled of cigarettes even though it's non smoking, dishes I received were dirty, fridge was dirty, the didn't have cookware

Room is great, but got overcharged while check in. Contact Hotel.com and they refer me to contact the hotel directly. Contact CS from the hotel and they refer me to the Manager, where they stated they will contact me within 48 working hours. Very suspicious practice of running business.
