Big thanks to Lan（兰） at the front desk for the smooth and efficient check-in. She was highly professional and explained all the hotel amenities and policies in great detail. We had zero doubts after her orientation. Excellent professionalism and great customer service!

Don't stay there, its in the middle of nowhere. Staff are extremely rude. Premises are not looked after, they are dirty rubbish everywhere

A very nice hotel, newer with comfortable rooms. It has a nice pool that you do not need to pay extra for and the breakfast dining arra is very pleasant. There was a young man in the concierge who was very helpful. The locatuon is ok. It is quiet but there is nothing right outside. However, it is still convenient to get to place in the vicinity.

great place to stay, quite and safe. We love the breakfast buffet. The only one thing is cannot adjust the air conditional, it controlled by central set as 28C which is hot in the room.

Worst service. The manager Jason is a very good guy and helpful but the entire team sucks. They do not have a bell cart and no one is helpful. None of them can say hello in English. They have attitude issues too
