The manager called Jenny is very nice and helpful. Overall staff are nice. I can smell smoking smell in my room in the morning, may be someone is smoking in room. I can hear people's sound when they pass near my room too.

Leah from reception very helpful with her local knowledge during our brief stay. My wife appreciated her advice tremendously. Great staff all around. Down side was to see the bar in the ground level closed as I had many memories there over the years.

It was disappointing that you couldn’t get something to eat for dinner. The rooms were hot, between 27-30 degrees. The rooms were tired, dated and in need of refurbishment. It was like turning back the clock 15 years.

They have charged separately at Hotel and mentioned, Expedia charges is only for guarantee the room. This wasn’t clear during booking the room at Expedia

Every stay at Sheraton Qingdao Chengyang hotel felt great as the staff made every guest feel as ease and are extremely welcoming. Would like to also commend, Bryan, who went out of his way to assist in making my stay more comfortable. Overall, a more than satisfied stay
