It took the staff more than 35 minutes to check us in. They said room was getting ready. And also it took them nearly 90 minutes to send the luggage to our room after 2 phone calls

It features excellent amenities and quality on-site dining options, including complimentary breakfast. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with comfortable beds and clean linens. Room service is outstanding, with 24-hour in-room dining available. The staff are consistently friendly, courteous, and helpful. Overall, it is an excellent choice for both solo travelers and families.

Overall service skills of staff were not up to usual Hyatt standard. Rooms were in poor state of repair, particularly the bathroom which was mouldy and smelt damp. Not unusable but again not the usual standard expected for price and brand.
