A short weekend to attend dance competition, 2 adults 2 children. Room clean and well presented, kids loved the towel art! All staff very friendly and helpful. Would recommend fir a concert or overnight stay for an early flight

The staff was excellent. Possibly the kindest and most helpful of any hotel I've visited, and I've been to a lot. My issues were unique to our needs. 1. We needed the laundry facilities, and although they are listed here on Expedia, they do not have any. 2. We needed access to halls 1-4 at the NEC. The "16 minute walk" that is listed is to the other side of the NEC. Unfortunately this meant we actually had a 40 minute walk there and back each day. If those weren't issues, I would happy return each year.

Staff were lovely and very attentive. Room was basic but exactly what we needed. Breakfast is included and was perfect for what we needed. Easy 15 minute walk to NEC and £15 for 24hours parking at the hotel. Brilliant for the day out.
