I was here during the hottest week in Brussels. I was completely impressed with the customer service and attentiveness. My room was ready. Breakfast was delicious and the service was great.

The hotel hits all the right spots, the location is excellent, the design is sleek, and the atrium is impressive. Standard rooms face inwards towards the courtyard rather than outside of the city, so if you are looking for natural light, this might not be the best option. If you value natural light, then upgrade to a premium room and book an exterior-facing option

We only spent one night . The room was clean and the staff were helpful specifically in making the the arrangements for a taxi early the next morning to take us to the Airport.
